When it is time to refresh your website
- it displays badly on phones or loads slowly,
- the look no longer matches your business today,
- your services and contact details are hard to find, and inquiries are few,
- editing content takes a developer, or nobody remembers the admin password,
- the platform (for example an old WordPress install) needs constant updates and raises security concerns.
How we do a website redesign
- Audit. We review content, speed, the mobile version, and SEO. We note which pages bring in traffic from Google.
- Content migration. We pull the copy, images, and documents, organize them, and fill in the gaps.
- New design in 1 day. Within one business day of receiving your materials, you get a working new version to review, built with your real content.
- Redirects and SEO. We map old URLs to new ones (301 redirects), carry over titles and descriptions, and prepare a sitemap.
- Launch and monitoring. We switch the site over, submit the changes in Google Search Console, and make sure everything is indexed correctly.
A redesign that protects your Google rankings
The most common mistake when changing a website is changing page URLs without redirects. Google then loses the link between the old and new pages, and rankings drop. That is why redirects, keeping valuable content, and Search Console checks are a standard part of every refresh we do. They protect your rankings. We cover the full checklist in the article how to redesign a website and protect your rankings.
After the refresh: changes by chat
Your new site needs no admin panel and no manual. You request changes from the virtual assistant as if in a chat, such as "change the opening hours" or "add a photo to the gallery". You review a preview, and the change goes live only after you approve it. If you change your mind, you can undo it. Learn more about the full range on the page about business websites.
