What the virtual assistant is

The virtual assistant is an optional monthly plan for a website built by nbits. It is an AI assistant that knows your site: you describe a change in one message, such as “we close at 1 pm on Saturdays” or “add our new physiotherapist to the team page”, and it prepares the change in a few minutes. You see a preview, nothing goes live until you approve it, and you can undo any change. With the plan, form submissions are also emailed to you, plus backups, security and updates. Start costs €29 / $29 a month (10 content changes and 1 layout change), Standard €69 / $99 (unlimited content changes under fair use and 5 layout changes) and Plus €149 / $199 (10 layout changes and an hour of our team’s work), excl. VAT. Yearly billing equals 10 months’ fees. The first 7 days are free, and you can cancel at any time. Without a plan, your website keeps working and hosting stays free.

Form submissions land in an inbox in your panel with a phone notification – even without a plan. With the plan, they are also emailed to you; the limit depends on the plan.

Content change or layout change?

Plans differ in the number of changes, so it helps to know which is which:

Content change: copy, photos, news, categories, opening hours, service prices, team, menu, new pages built from existing sections.
Layout change: a new type of section, a new look for a section, or a rebuild of the home page, header or footer.
One request with several edits counts as one change. Every form submission is saved in your panel inbox with no limit. Once you enable push notifications, you get alerts on your phone or computer. The plan limit applies only to submissions that trigger an email; each submission counts once, regardless of the number of recipients.

The plan does not cover a full redesign, an online shop, integrations or modules. We quote that work separately, before we start.

How much does the virtual assistant cost?

Start costs €29 / $29 a month, Standard €69 / $99 and Plus €149 / $199, excl. VAT. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months: €290 / $290, €690 / $990 or €1,490 / $1,990 a year. Can a change go live without my approval?

No. The assistant prepares the change and shows you a preview. It goes live only after you approve it. If something is not right after publishing, you can undo any change.

Will the assistant work with my current website?

The plan covers websites we build: new ones or refreshes of existing ones. If your site runs on another platform, such as WordPress, we first refresh it and move your content over. Before you order anything, you get a free preview and a price.

What happens if I cancel the plan?

Your website keeps working, and hosting and the SSL certificate stay free. The plan ends at the end of the paid period. Without a plan, your website has click-to-call phone and email, and you order occasional changes from us; we quote each one separately.

Can the assistant add online booking or a shop?

Not as part of the plan. The plan does not cover bulk or automated changes, a full redesign, an online shop, integrations, modules or migrating large amounts of content. We quote that work, such as online booking, separately and upfront.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrades apply right away, downgrades from the next billing period. Unused changes and team time do not roll over to the next month.
