This page explains what happens to the data you enter in the forms on nbits.studio and nbits.pl: the contact form and the free demo request form.
Data controller
The data controller is nbits. For anything related to your personal data, email kontakt@nbits.pl.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, optionally company name and website, topic and message.
- Demo form: your website address and email address.
Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we can't reply or send you the demo link.
Why and on what legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing and sending a demo of your new website – at your request, before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Following up on the demo we sent and defending against possible claims – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We don't send newsletters and don't share data with other companies for their marketing.
How long
We keep messages until the conversation ends and, if we don't end up working together, no longer than 12 months after the last contact. We delete website demos no later than 14 days after sending the link, unless you decide to work with us.
Who receives the data
We use external providers that process data on our behalf:
- Web3Forms – delivers form messages to our inbox,
- Zoho – email,
- Cloudflare – website hosting and security (including technical server logs such as IP addresses).
Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area. This happens under GDPR safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or European Commission adequacy decisions.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just email kontakt@nbits.pl. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority – in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl), or the authority in your country.
