AI automation for businesses

Implementing AI in your business: less manual work, same control

Show us what takes the most time in your business. We will find the repetitive work, automate it, and bring in AI where it makes sense. AI does the task, and a person just reviews and approves.

What does implementing AI in a business involve?

Implementing AI in a business is not about buying an "AI system". It is about artificial intelligence taking over specific, repetitive tasks that people do today. Retyping invoices, answering the same customer questions, assembling quotes from several files, weekly reports: AI can prepare this work in seconds.

At nbits we start with your work, not with technology. First we look at what takes your team the most time, and only then choose the solution: a simple workflow automation, a language model, an AI agent, or a combination of several tools.

How we work together

  1. You show us what takes the most time. A 30-minute call is enough to walk through a typical work week and list the repetitive tasks.
  2. We identify what automation and AI will take over. You get a list of processes with an assessment: how much time automation saves, how hard it is to implement, and what is needed.
  3. We implement and test on real data. We start with the one process that pays off fastest. The first automation is often running within a few days.
  4. Your team only approves. AI prepares the work and a person reviews it. We measure the results and expand to further areas.

What we can automate with AI

Every business works differently, so we do not sell ready-made packages. Repetitive work most often hides in these areas:

  • Office and documents: reading invoices, contracts, and forms, entering data into systems, archiving.
  • Customer support: answers to repetitive questions, sorting and assigning requests, scheduling appointments.
  • Sales: moving inquiries into your CRM, quote drafts, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Reporting: collecting data from spreadsheets and systems, summaries with insights ready every morning.
  • Company knowledge: an internal AI assistant that answers your team's questions based on your procedures and documents.

You will find more detail on the pages about process and workflow automation and AI agents and assistants, and a full list of scenarios in the article 15 examples of AI automation.

A person approves, AI executes

The best AI implementations in small and medium businesses do not replace people. They take the tedious part of the work off their plate. That is why we design every automation with a checkpoint: AI reads, organizes, and prepares, and an employee verifies the result at a glance. Once an automation has earned your trust, you can decide which steps should run fully automatically.

The tools we work with

We choose tools to fit the process, not the other way around. We use workflow automation platforms such as n8n and Make (we compare them in n8n vs Make), language models from leading providers, and API integrations with the systems you already use. Where it matters, we run automations on infrastructure you fully control.

FAQ

Where do we start with implementing AI in our business?

With a list of the tasks that eat up the most of your team's time and repeat every week. On a free first call we walk through your work week and pinpoint 2 to 3 processes where automation will pay off fastest. Only then do we choose the tools.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We connect automations to the tools you already use: email (Gmail, Outlook), your CRM, accounting software, spreadsheets, and calendars. Your team works the way it does now, just with less manual work.

Will the AI make decisions on its own?

It does not have to, and usually it should not. We design automations so the AI prepares the work (reading documents, drafting replies, sorting requests) while a person reviews and approves. You decide how much independence it gets.

Is it safe for our company data?

Yes, when the implementation is designed well. We choose services that do not train models on your data, give automations only the permissions they need, and where required, process data in your region of choice.

How much does an AI implementation cost?

It depends on the process and the number of systems to connect. After a call and a review of your work, we quote a fixed price for implementing a specific automation, with no hourly billing and no surprises.
