Website for physiotherapists and physical therapy practices

Someone with back pain searches on their phone for who can help, what it costs and when you have a free slot. We build a practice website that answers those questions right away and leads to a booking.

What belongs on a physiotherapy website

  • What you help with — conditions and patient groups: back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-surgery rehab, pelvic health, children,
  • Treatments and approach — short and clear, with session length,
  • Prices — patients compare before they call, and a missing price list often means a missing call,
  • Insurance — whether you accept insurance or are self-pay only,
  • Your team — qualifications and specialties of each therapist,
  • Booking — click-to-call phone or a button to the booking system you already use,
  • Location and home visits — address and parking, and if you visit patients at home, the area you cover and how it works.

Your own website next to your booking profile

Many practices rely on a profile on a booking platform. It is convenient, but patients see your competitors there too, and you do not control the look or the content. Your own website shows what sets you apart and appears in Google under your name. Booking does not have to change: the “Book now” button can lead to the same system as today.

Plain facts, no hype

We write concretely: what a treatment involves, how long it takes, what it costs and who does it. No promised results and no “best physio in town” claims. That kind of copy is simply more credible to patients.

What the website price includes

  • design tailored to your practice, clear on phones,
  • pages for treatments, prices, team and contact with a map,
  • click-to-call phone and email, a link to your booking system,
  • technical SEO from day one and submission to Google,
  • hosting and SSL certificate free, with no time limit,
  • you own the code and content.

Websites start at €1,290$1,490, excl. VAT, one-off. Booking built into the site, online payments or extra language versions are quoted separately as modules. See pricing.

Changes without a developer

A new treatment, a price change, a new therapist, time off in August — with the optional plan you request each change in one message, review a preview and approve it. The first 7 days of the plan are free, then from €29$29 a month, excl. VAT, and you can cancel at any time. See how the AI website assistant works.

FAQ

How much does a website for a physiotherapy practice cost?

From €1,290 excl. VAT ($1,490 in the US), one-off. A typical practice website (treatments, prices, team, contact) usually comes to €1,490–1,990 excl. VAT ($1,990–2,490 in the US). Online booking is a separate module, quoted before work starts. Hosting and SSL are free.

I already have a profile on a booking platform. Why do I need a website?

A booking platform lists you next to other practices, and the platform decides how your profile looks and what it says. Your own website belongs to you: you explain your approach and specialties, and patients searching on Google land on your page. The “Book now” button can still lead to the booking system you use today.

Can my website include patient reviews?

We build the site around facts: treatments, qualifications, prices and directions. Reviews work best where patients leave them, such as your Google Business Profile, which the site can link to. We do not write outcome promises like “pain-free in three sessions”.

Can I change prices or hours myself?

Yes. With the optional plan, you send one message, such as “a 50-minute manual therapy session is now $120”, review the preview and approve it. No admin panel, no developer.
