What patients look for on a clinic website

Most patients visit on a phone and want one specific answer. If they cannot find it, they call. So we build the page around their questions, not around a photo of the building:

  • Who sees patients, and when — clinicians and services, with days and hours,
  • How to book — click-to-call phone, an appointment request form or online booking,
  • Insurance or self-pay — which insurance plans you accept and what self-pay visits cost,
  • What to bring — referral, ID, insurance card, how to prepare for a test,
  • How to get there — address, map, parking and step-free access.

A website that takes calls off your front desk

Every question a patient answers on the website is one call fewer. That only works if the information is current. The most common problem with clinic websites is not the design: it is old opening hours, a doctor who left last year or a price list nobody has touched in two years. Usually because every change needs a developer.

With the optional plan, you request a change in a plain message: “add Dr. Kim to cardiology”, “the front desk closes at 2 pm on Friday”. You review a preview, approve it and can undo it if needed. See how the AI website assistant works.

Forms without health data

A clinic website should inform patients and help them get in touch, not collect clinical details. We keep forms to contact and appointment requests and do not add fields for symptoms, diagnoses or medical history. In the US, that information falls under HIPAA, and it belongs in the systems you already use for patient records. Every form tells patients who handles their details.

Facts, not advertising

Healthcare advertising has its own rules in the US and the UK. We write plainly: services, clinicians’ qualifications, hours, prices and how to book. No “best specialists” slogans, promised outcomes or comparisons with other practices. Plain facts are also what patients trust.

What the website price includes

  • design tailored to your clinic, clear on phones and desktops,
  • pages for clinicians and services, prices, patient information, contact with a map,
  • click-to-call phone and email,
  • technical SEO: fast loading, structured data, a sitemap, Google Search Console,
  • hosting and SSL certificate free, with no time limit,
  • you own the code and content.

Websites start at €1,290$1,490, excl. VAT, one-off. Online booking, language versions or integration with your practice software are quoted separately as modules. Details on the pricing page.

How we start

  1. A short brief. Give us your current website address or describe your clinic in the form above.
  2. Free design. We show you how the new website could look and give you a fixed price.
  3. Version 1. First version within a few hours after we receive all your materials.
  4. Launch. We connect your domain and submit the site to Google. If we replace an old site, we set up redirects to protect your rankings.

FAQ

How much does a website for a clinic cost?

A clinic or medical practice website starts at €1,290 excl. VAT ($1,490 in the US), one-off. A typical site with a few pages (clinicians, services, prices, contact) usually comes to €1,490–1,990 excl. VAT ($1,990–2,490 in the US). Online booking is a separate module, quoted before work starts. Hosting and SSL are free.

Can patients send their symptoms or medical history through the website?

No, and we recommend against it. Forms on the site stay limited to contact and appointment requests: name, phone or email, and a preferred time. In the US, patient health information falls under HIPAA, so it belongs in the systems your practice already uses for patient records, not in a website form. Forms with a submissions inbox come with the monthly plan; without it, the site has click-to-call phone and email.

Can you add online booking?

Yes, as a separate module. Most often we connect the scheduling system your clinic already uses, so you do not run two calendars. You pay for that system directly to its provider.

Can the website advertise our results?

Healthcare advertising has its own rules in both the US and the UK, so we keep the site factual: services, clinicians and their qualifications, hours, prices, insurance and directions. No “best doctors in town” claims, promised outcomes or patient testimonials.

Who updates a doctor’s hours when they are away?

With the optional plan, you send one message, such as “Dr. Patel is out August 12–16”. You review the preview, approve it, and the change is live. No admin panel, no developer.
